Just wanted to say thank you for your review. It was awesome and I did very well on the exam. I got a 63 and I was so happy. I followed what you said to study and the rest was common sense. Thank you again and again.

This thread was is a great study guide to use. I took this test yesterday and have a great feeling about it. I copied and pasted the info throughout this thread and used it as a checklist of what to study. I have to say a good 40 percent of the questions are from this thread alone. Some other things to add are:
Know the purpose of platelets in the blood(to clot). Lung Cancer is the leading cause of death for women. The percentage of motor vehicle accidents that are related to alcohol. The differences in a bacteria and virus. Maslow's hierarchy theory (the type of person whom would be the happiest). Know about Type I and Type II Diabetes. Birth Control and the type of contraception each constitute- especially a diaphram/spermicide. Know the effects of aspirin and the types of medications available over the counter.
That's all I can think of now, but using the Feedback thread and the IC questions and common sense should net a pretty decent grade. GL

The other items that you all said to be sure to know that may not be on IC, where do you go to find out these answers? I was hoping to be able to study strictly using the flashcards from this site.
