For example, people used to transfer in the Insurance Ethics course to meet the GenEd ethics requirement, despite TESU not having an insurance-related ethics course. It usually transferred in as PHI-384 since that is the closest equivalence in the TESU catalog.

I submitted the Insurance Ethics course to TESU last winter and it still coded as PHI-384.
