Hey guys,
I have just recently reactivated myself in TESU. I have originally enrolled in 2018 but haven't done anything since, so had to re-enroll now. Here's my situation - I currently have 27 credits in TESU from previous traditional schools which was evaluated back in 2018. Besides these credits I have already finished the following ACE courses online:
Developing Effective Teams – 1cr
The Essentials of Managing Conflict – 1cr
Student Success - 1cr
Ethics and the CPCU Code of Professional Conduct - 3cr
Cybersecurity for Everyone - 4cr
Cybersecurity for IT Professionals - 3cr
Cybersecurity for Business Professionals - 3cr
CSMlearn - 2cr
Basic Property Technician - 3cr
Basic Criminal Investigation - 2cr
Death Investigation - 3cr
Foundations of Courtroom Testimony - 1cr
Foundations of Forensic Photography - 1cr
Foundations of Fingerprint Comparison - 3cr
total ACE: 32 credits
total credits: 59 credits
I will request ACE transcript today and hopefully TESU will evaluate them soon, but in the meantime I'd like to plan out the next phase of my degree plan to utilize as many credits as possible. I am attaching my current TESU evaluation without ACE credits applied to it.
Based on my experience/research I'd really love to stick with Straigherline & Sophia (for now) and take as many courses from them as possible. Sophia is pretty pricey, but they are running promotion - if you take 3+ classes you'll get 50% off which makes it $165 for each class. I really like their platform and method of studying! I am focused to knock out LL courses first and save UL classes for next phase, but I'm not really sure which courses can be counted toward my major (BA Criminal Justice) from Sophia and Straighterline. Can you guys review my evaluation + add ACE credits to it that I've already finished and let me know which classes to take going forward? I would really really appreciate your help! I'm relatively new here so any guidance provided is golden for me!
Thank you
