Penn Foster offers a Intro to Literature course. It was a good course and not hard at all.

I haven't taken courses through Adam's, but they were very helpful when I had questions. They have both upper level literature and upper level history courses.

Thank you all for all of the suggestions. She attends Liberty University as a Residential Student and they have accepted courses through ALEKS, Straighterline and is working on a Sophia class. For a B&M school they have been very generous in the transfer credits that they accept.
