I neep to pass US History II and American Government in 3 weeks.. is it possible?

It's doable, but you'll need to give some serious effort to it. I'd suggest taking US History II first, simply because it's the easier of the two and some of the material overlaps with American Government.

If you're an IC subscriber, both of those exams have some good feedback in the Specific Exam forum, which I would definitely check out.

If it were me, I'd probably spend a week of hard core study on US History II and then take the exam. That will leave the remaining two weeks for American Government.

Study all the IC US History together because they all overlap on the clep/dsst..
You can also find good audio on: Learner.org, Hippocampus.org, and learnoutloud.com (look for work by the Beards). I am a naturalized adult.......
.....and managed to pass them.

Here is an excellent resource for the US History Exams. If you are just taking US History II then start with the sections after the Civil War.
