Does anyone know of an accredited (NA or RA) certificate or graduate certificate in Healthcare Administration for relatively cheap. I have a friend who is looking to pivot to management, but has a degree in an unrelated subject.
She is NOT looking for a full up MHA or MBA-health.
Her soft ceiling for cost is 5,000 but she will go up to 7,500 if a program comes with any management credentials or licenses.
If she can't find anything cheap, she will probably just do the HAU MBA.

Some NA certificates may take up to half a year, the HAU MBA or the UMPI MAOL may be better if you have the energy, money, time to get them done, they're not Health Admin centric, but it does deal with the business admin, leadership, management, side of things...

I split this into a new thread.
TESU offers
an 18 sh Undergraduate Certificate in Healthcare Management.
For a student not concurrently graduating with a TESU degree, the residency requirement is 50%. So they could take half the six-course certificate through a lower-cost provider –
Study.com offers courses that transfer to TESU in more than three of these spots, HCM-3070, 3080, 4060, 4040, and 4050 – and the other three courses through TESU.
If they could complete three courses in one month at Study and three courses in one flat-rate term at TESU, the lowest possible cost would be $235 + $4561 = $4796. Less if they're a resident of NJ or PA, or military or veteran.
As a bonus they'd then be nine credits closer to the 15 credits for TESU residency sans Accelerate Fee if they were interested in a TESU undergraduate degree in the future.
Another advantage is the low up-front cost. She could start for just $235 and potentially finish half the courses with that.
It's also possible the new Sophia course Healthcare Management would come in as HCM-3070.

Ashworth has one. Self-paced, 8 courses, mostly electives. $1049 total cost.
