I know you're mainly doing it for the residency waiver so this doesn't really apply to you, but for others trying to save some money, CSU Pueblo has this independent study course for $525 that should satisfy this requirement -- SOC 310: Social and Cultural Theory. A lot cheaper than the $1100-$1500 you'd spend at TESU.
