The commercialism of Christmas
The removal of Christ from Christmas
The removal of any religious sentiment from the Christmas holiday
The banning of manger scenes because they may offend non-Christains...while other religious ceremonies of faiths other than Christianity are totally acceptable
See the trend here?

It's "Merry Christmas" not "Happy Holidays".
And the country is about to get the worst present possible.
But other than that....it's all good!

It is Merry Christmas if you are Christian.
But there are other holidays that occur this time of year, such as Yule, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa,New Years, Festivus, etc...
One thing I love most about my country ( USA) is that it is a melting pot and part of being a melting pot is diversity.
May all who read this have a blessed holiday, which ever one you celebrate.

I wish our country were still viewed as a melting pot, rather than as a mosaic. This can be something of a bother.

IrishJohn,
I challenge you to a wrestling match! Unless you have to pull a double shift at work - which I completely understand.
