for my dh - can you give an unformal eval of his credits?

BACK IN 1991 he took a CLEP for Information systems & computer applications scored 61 ranked 85

I would like to know more about how this works. I know that CLEP credits are good for 20 years because that is how long they keep the transcript record.

How can he keep these credits, even if it takes longer than 2 years to complete his degree? Would submitting them for the unofficial evaluation be enough? If so, for how long?

most computer credit expire after about 10 years is my understanding ( a valid concern of being too outdated to be current)

whether he would get to keep the credit would depend on whether he can state the credits are not outdated.

at least that's what we've heard so far on that...

newbie here, so we could end up learning very differently.
