Introducing StraighterLine Partner College Scholarships
#1
It seems Straighterline is partnering with some of its partner colleges to offer scholarships to those who register for SL courses by May 15, 2014. Of the Big Three, only Excelsior seems to be on the train for now. Other colleges participating in this offer are: Liberty University Online, Western Governors University, CSU- Global Campus, and Concordia University-Saint Paul. Similar scholarship programs (for working mums etc) have been been created by SL in the past.

Almost curious that EC jumped in, they have restricted how many credits one can use from SL, especially in areas such as nursing pre-reqs.
MBA, Western Governors University February 2014
BS Charter Oak State College November 2011
AS in EMS August 2010

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this).  Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

I just got off the chat with one of SL's agents who told me everyone benefits insofar as they sign up for one more course by May 15. Below is her response :

Quote:Both actually. If you have already taken StraighterLine courses, you just need to sign up for one more by May 15. Same goes if you've never taken any SL courses.
