Welcome to the board, I'm splitting this post into a thread of its own. It's great to ask new members how they're doing and questions to share their experiences. Having said that, you need to really start by filling in the addendum and template on the thread you posted on, because of the same reasons I mentioned. Furthermore, the degree plans on the WIKI is very recent, the individuals spreadsheet is just 3 weeks old, you can customize your own template instead of having them link you to another one. Given you live in Nepal, you are probably fluent in Nepali. You could do the ACTFL OPIc speaking exam and if you score high enough, get 12 ACE credits where 6 will be UL. UMPI accepts ACTFL exams.

+1, for elective credits, I also agree with doing the ACTFL for upper level credits in your native language or another language you're fluent in (as long as they're offered) if you're going for a BLS. Having said that, you're going for the BABA, I would do this, Sophia.org > Saylor.org and/or Study.com> UMPI residency credits.
Basically, you really need to know your cost, ease, speed, and make a balanced mix/match of that trifecta. It all boils down to budget, energy, and time. The way you're doing things is great, however, having said that, your management of the three are slightly different and less optimal. You're not using your downtime effectively nor efficiently, this is how I would play things.
Instead of going for Saylor.org first, you should do Sophia.org until you have that max transfer of credits. Saylor.org is only used for classes not offered at Sophia.org and these should be upper level credits. You should work on Saylor classes when you apply and submit your credits, as there is downtime waiting for these to be transferred. Saylor takes much more time to complete...

Thank you for taking time to look into my degree plan and your suggestion. Did not know about ACTFL providing Nepali language as test. This will of great help to get down the credit requirement. Wish u a good day ahead.

Thank you for taking time to look into my plan and give feedback. I was not taking the downtime into consideration while planning, your suggestion makes a lot of sense.
Truly grateful for your help.
