Sophia courses will never show on any transcript as anything other than a course transferred in from an unaccredited source. They will never gain their own life. There are major limitations as to their utility. Schools may accept between no ACE courses and 114 of them. The value of ACE approved courses is as part of a completed degree. ACE approval is not recognized accreditation.

The OP may be looking for something like credit banking, take 1 Uexcel/TECEP test and put that on your transcript and transfer in your Sophia classes and Bob’s your uncle.
Some government jobs require classes for example my state job requires I show 18 business or computer courses for jobs I was applying for.
The military requires so many college courses for advanced rank when enlisting. Army wants 48 credits to enlist as E-3.
Maybe the OP needs to have 9 more credits before the millionaire uncle will give him his fortune. Oh wait, wasn’t that a movie?

Hi I just completed U.S. History 1 and there was an unofficial course transcript in pdf format on my login page. Is it normal for these completed courses to be in unofficial transcript or will Sophia issue an official transcript later? However the course appeared in ACE credit registry without issue, just want to make sure I didn't miss anything, thanks.

If for whatever reason you wanted an official transcript you can request it, since it let you put it on ACE your official transcript is ready.

I've taken a couple of Sophia courses. If you check the email account you used when your registered for the course, you should find an email from them congratulating your on completing the course, and giving you information on Parchment (a company) and ACE transcripts.
My goal is to apply for COSC, and Sophia said COSC would take a Parchment transcript. Since I haven't been in communication with COSC about it, I don't know if that's accurate.
