First you will need to register for the ECE exam that you want to take. You register for the ECE exam on the EC website here. After you register to take the main exam that you want--- you are then eligible to purchase the practice exam for that particular test-- this is also done on the EC website. You are not able to do this in reverse order. You will have to register for the main exam first. hope this helps!
