The 23 credit residency is a show stopper even for in-state WV. $184/UL credit for WV is only OK versus cheap and fast nontrad UL options like some DSST and CSU-G CBE. The OOS tuition is sky high. It's very hard for a full-time worker to take advantage of the affordable in-state 12 credit tuition cap. Financial aid helps, but you can get the same thing at the big 3 too without the 23 credit residency of slow & expensive credits.

Congratulations, an AAS in a month is an amazing accomplishment! And you basically did this on weekends? Even more amazing! However, I noticed in your signature line, that you listed the Ethics and the CPCU Code of Professional Conduct class as 1 credit hour. It is recommended as 2 credits by ACE. Did WVUP only give you 1 credit for this?

What course did you take at WVUP in 3 days time? Was it an open course?

Did you do it as an express course with them? Or just a standard online course? Thank you
