Grad School help needed

I've got a family member that's an AF officer. I might be wrong on this, but I'm pretty sure they have an online master's program. With the min. entry age for OTS being 18, why not do it now if that's what he really wants? Being 18 and having a degree is a massive competitive advantaged.

Son is academically gifted, but at 18 doesn't feel prepared to take on such a role. These comments do offer discussion points though -- I appreciate them.
