If attending the same school for Grad School and Undergrad, do you receive an all-in-one transcript or separate transcripts?

Interesting question, I've never heard that before?
My AA and BA from TESC appear on the same piece of paper, but both are undergrad....I don't know?

Depends on the school. Some schools will automatically send transcripts for all work done at the school. Some will give you the option of separate undergrad and graduate transcripts or both together, and some schools always do separate transcripts.

The norm is all work done at the school is on one transcript with separate undergraduate and graduate GPAs shown.

Slightly off-topic: Would 2 separate certificates be issued for a BA and an ASBA if I were to complete both at the same time?

Yes, but "at the same time" is a tricky phrase because that depends on the school. TESC required 1 term separation between my AA and BA.

Oh, does that mean I'd have to pay the graduation fee twice for a BA and ASBA at TESC?

I graduated a little later in 2011. TESC allowed me to graduate with my AAS and BA at the same time and only charged me one graduation fee. I think they're still doing that.
