I emailed them about it, and was informed that:
"... the Dean of Heavin School here at Thomas Edison State University has only approved that courses to be awarded 3 credits and not the 12 credits listed. If you have any additional questions about that decision you will have to contact the Deans Office directly. "
I would definitely appeal. I think the problem is going to be that it's not on the approved provider list, so they don't even have to take it at all.
I am appealing, especially after I noticed that my degree (BSIT) is not under the Heavin School of Arts and Sciences, but under the School of Applied Science and Technology. I don't know how much approval varies between schools at TESU. Regardless, it should transfer closer to the ACE recommendation.
