It appears they've extended it until January 2023

That means that they are in the process of a 3-yr renewal and it won't get completed before 8/31/22. This is good news - the only thing is that there is no guarantee the course will still be worth 12cr once the re-evaluation happens.  So I still say if you can finish by 8/31 (or 1/31/23), then you should.

Also, could you/someone point me to the right wiki section or tell me how I can follow a specific thread? For example, I came back to this thread to check for an update b/ I didn't see it in my (somehow) collected thread subscription section in my Account profile.

Click on UserCP top left corner. Then under "Your Profile", click on edit options. Under "Default Thread Subscription Mode" select Instant PM Notification.

Then every thread you post in you will be automatically subscribed.

If you do pm notifications, make sure to delete them on a regular basis or else your inbox will fill up pretty quickly and you won't be able to PM others.

Credly responded saying that yes they did update their badges to 15cr, BUT if you already obtained the badge before renewal it will only still be worth 12cr. You would have to retake the entire class to get the new badge worth 15cr.
