Hello everyone.
I went to take the Financial Accounting CLEP scheduled at 2pm today est. I told my test administrator before I even took the test that I didn't want to know what my score was until I got home. She agreed.
As I was taking the test I was shocked by the number of math questions involved. I was assuming more terminology and concept questions. It seemed like I was skipping every question.
As time approached the "5 minute left" mark...I still had about a good 15 questions that needed answers. I checked the 3rd answer for the rest of the questions and watched the clock go down to zero.
I held about 8 sheets of scratch paper to the computer screen to block where the score usually shows up just leaving enough room to show the report scores and cancel scores tab. I clicked the report scores tab twice and then the proceed button around 3-4 times.
As I stood up, I was the pissed of the piss!!! I don't think anyone could have been as pissed as I was after I got out that chair. My administrator asked me how I did and I said that I think I failed and told her the reasons why. She thought I canceled my score but I didn't.
As we proceeded to walk back to her office for the print out, I excused myself to the restroom. I looked at myself in the mirror and I can see how pissed I was...it was all over my face.
As I left the restroom and opened the door to her office, she was right at the door. She looked me in my eyes and said, "Marshall...you passed." I got more pissed and I said, "what did I tell you!!!" I didn't want to know until I got home! But hey...since I passed...it's okay!!!!!!!
I tried to play it off like it was no big deal until I got in my car outside. There I let off the biggest laugh I could possibly muster. I didn't do as well as I thought I would have but like everyone says..."A pass is a pass."
I only needed a 50 and I scored a 53. God was on my side once again. Three more credits under my belt. Now I can register for my Managerial Accounting class at the local cc.
Just thought I'd share this with you guys.
