Goal: BA or BS in CS or IT
I only took one course in UoPeople after getting my A.S. in C.S., waiting for them to become RA Big Grin

But my year out year has ended and I have to register now, I´m still needing 11 courses to finish the BS in CS, I thought I was closer, but at least I´ll reduce some courses while completing them for TESU:

MATH 1211 Calculus <- It will go out with Saylor
MATH 1302 Discrete Mathematics <- We´ll complete it with SDC
CS 3303 Data Structures <-  Maybe they´ll accept the SDC one
CS 3304 Analysis of Algorithms
CS 3305 Web Programming 2
CS 3306 Databases 2
CS 3307 Operating Systems 2
CS 3308 Information Retrieval
CS 4402 Comparative Programming Languages
CS 4403 Software Engineering 2
CS 4404 Advanced Networking and Data Security
CS 4406 Computer Graphics
CS 4407 Data Mining and Machine Learning
CS 4408 Artificial Intelligence

Now I´ll take 1 or 2 courses in UoPeople, leaving 9 or 10 pending. I´m not that far from the end.

(But it would still take from 1 to 2 years).

I saw in your posts that SDC CS310: Current trends in CS & IT was dying, so I finally started submitting assignments (CS310 and Leading Organizational Change):

Today at 4pm ONU´s Your Way will die.

At least, yesterday in the afternoon, I managed to send the final assignment for the last course that I wanted to take, and I already got my grade. So it´s all ok.

I managed to finish the 2 courses that I wanted:

I had to write a lot in HIS 379, so it was good practice, since I also got very specific and detailed feedback on every assignment.

I got A in both courses.

I like the US system, you just follow the prompt and get your grade, not arbitrary points deductions just because.

Then I have to finish Quantitative Analysis in TEL Learning, and I´ll have 10 credits for the English requirement in TESU (I have the 1 credit from ASU).

I´ll miss the Your Way platform Big Grin

I wrote the Assignment 2 for Business 302: Foundations of Leadership, it was 1500 words, I wrote 1565 words without the references, and included 9 references: 2 books, 3 journal articles and 4 corporate websites.
It took me around 3 hours.

I´ll follow the example set by our pioneers, and just wait for A2 to be corrected, and if I get enough points, send a file for A1 saying: "I don´t plan to send an assignment and I understand that I´ll receive 0 points".

A2 seemed like the easier one, it was about selecting a company and write about their mission statement, vision, culture, etc.

However, maybe 1 hour for 500 words could still be too slow for this kind of topic.

They corrected the assignment in 6 hours and 4 minutes.

(43/50)

I couldn´t do it, and just completed the other assignment, I took it as a way to practice writing and getting feedback.

I got 44/50.

They took 9 hours and 19 minutes to grade the assignment.

I took this course:

CURSO DE LOGÍSTICA EMPRESARIAL: Curso en Estrategia Logística Empresarial (Titulación Universitaria + 12 Créditos ECTS)

https://www.euroinnova.pe/curso-de-logis...mpresarial

and got this certificate:

The front mentions 12 ECTS and 300 hours and it has a verification system, and the back mentions the modules and topics.

The 4 modules were:

1. Dirección de Operaciones
2. Gestión Logística en la Empresa
3. Supply Chain Management
4. Aprovisionamiento, Inventarios y Gestión de Stock

Since I´ll evaluate my documents with ECE and ACEI, maybe one of those could accept it.

It could help me to complete the pending BSBA in Operations Management courses:

I already had the Quality Management course from the University of Lisbon, plus the Coursera Project Management, and I have registered for CIS 315 Management Information System in DAVAR.

The price was USD$ 215.

I have been advancing with Study.com´s CS courses, but I guess that I have to prioritize finishing my TEL Learning course that ends in August 31th (not much time remaining), and I´m at 11%. It´s the Quantitative Analysis I course.

Finishing that one, I´ll have my 10 US RA Credits, and I´ll be able to skip TOEFL.. but more importantly, I´ll finally be able to see if they allow me to register to to the BA in CS/Math and the BSBA in CIS and the BS in Operations Management.

I also need to do Business Law, but maybe It could be a good idea to do it in Sophia? And while being there, I could do Calculus I. Even when I like Saylor, maybe Business Law could be a bit difficult, since most things there are foreign to me.
I could also take Accounting in Sophia, in order to get Financial Accounting. I guess that 3 courses in one month could be doable, right? I read some people writing about the waiting times for grading, but 3 could be a reasonable goal, right?

You'll be like Neo taking the red pill when you start Sophia.

You can do 3 Sophia in one week. Use a discount code to save money.

The Calculus course be sure to Symbolab online calculator.
https://www.symbolab.com/solver/calculus-calculator

Calculus can take 40 hours or 200+ hours, it depends on how deeply you want to learn Calculus or if you want to try to learn the bare minimum to get through the course. Sophia is the easiest place to do Calculus and SL is the 2nd easiest.

Thanks for all the advice and encouragement Mr. LEVELUP.

It ended being a good idea to take Sophia, I got many badges for USD$ 79.20.

These are all my badges so far:

Symbolab was a good suggestion, it also can solve integrals and you can get enough steps to understand the process.
