Regarding ONU, I could have understood some price increase; but now it´s just like any other college.

It always was just a regular college - then they offered these YourWay courses for this great price; now that program is going away.

Regarding:

"Applicants who are a citizen of a country where English is not the native language must either:

Submit official results from either the iBT Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS), either the Academic or General Training exam, to the Registrar. At minimum, TOEFL scores should be 79 on the Internet-based test (iBT). At minimum, the IELTS score should be 6.5. Students are responsible for taking either the TOEFL or IELTS and having the official scores sent to the Office of the Registrar at Thomas Edison State University by the Educational Testing Service (ETS).
-OR-
Must provide documentation of 9 semester credit hours (not including ESL or developmental courses) with a C or better at an accredited/approved college or university in a country where English is the medium of instruction by submitting this form."

I think that in order to avoid TOEFL, one way could be:

ONU: Finite Math => 3 credits
Tel Learning: York College => 5 credits for Quantitative Analysis I as MTH 145 Math in the Real World.
ASU ULC: CIS 194 - Business Technology Fundamentals => 1 credit

150 + 200 + 25 = USD$ 375

and TOEFL in Peru costs USD$ 230.

Looks like your English is perfect. You're above my level of English in writing. And that's with Grammarly giving me loads of help. Lol.

So considering you wouldn't have to study much, then it's only a matter of cost?

According to this thread, TESU takes the IELTS as well.

Thanks for your encouraging comments Mr. Level Up.

Yes, it´s about the cost.

I think that it´s a better idea to spend money in something that will have a dual purpose (credits + proof of English level), than spend USD$ 230 in something that will only allow me to show my level of English.

I took the TOEFL in 2009, I just found the email from that registration. I sent my results to SNHU, Wayne State College plus two European universities.

I got 104/120.

Now I think that I have to accelerate my admission to TESU, before getting some other credits, in order to get my foreign courses evaluated, so I´ll see which courses I really need to the BA in Math, and the BSBA in Operations Management. I don´t have CS courses, so no problem there.

I´m trying to identify the equivalences, and I think that I got 1 credit for Saylor´s College Success:

FEL-199    Special Topics Free Electives

I´ll verify the other equivalences, and I´ll inform you, I´ll have some time in the afternoon, so I´ll tell you what I got for my Saylor´s exams.

I´m not sure if this is of any help to anybody, but I´ll post what I sent, and what I´m getting in the academic evaluations:

I sent 2 edX Microbachelors:

I also sent my  Credly that had my ACE Saylor courses (I have College Algebra from Saylor from when it was NCCRS and they didn´t seem to accept my Saylor´s transcript), 2 Google Coursera Certificates and it also shows 2 Study.com courses:

I also sent the transcript from Study.com directly, since I also had:

Communications 120: Presentation Skills in the Workplace

I did evaluations for BA CS, BA Math, BS CIS and BSBA OPM.

I tried to attach the files but those were around 1.5 Mbs.

Sophia's 25% off ends in 2 days. (sept 15th)

You need to finish up with Sophia and then Study.com to finish out your courses.

Saylor´s Organizational Behavior being MAN-212 Organizational Behavior, doesn´t fulfill MAN-311 Organizational Behavior required for the Certificate in Organizational Leadership.

Saylor´s Principles of Management fuilfills MAN-210 Principles of Management correctly.

Instead 9f TOEFL you can take English composition 1 at ONU and transfer it to TESU.
