Wait, I recall TESU taking any NACES member, you may want to email them and verify they take IEE and just go for IEE if they respond with a favorable outcome...

Thanks bjcheung77.
Should I email registrar@tesu.edu or another email address?

Thanks for reaching out. TESU requires that foreign earned credit be evaluated on a course by course basis from one of the following organizations:
Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute, Inc. (ACEI)
www.acei-global.org
Center for Applied Research, Evaluations & Education, Inc.
www.iescaree.com
Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. (ECE)
www.ece.org
World Educational Services, Inc. (WES)
www.wes.org
SDR Educational Consultants
www.sdreducational.org
TEC The Evaluation Company
https://evalcompany.com/
Transcript Research
www.transcriptresearch.com
At this time, we do not accept IEE evaluations in transfer. I should also note that TESU already has an ACEI evaluation on file for you and awarded credit from this transcript. TESU does not allow the mixing and matching of foreign transfer evaluations, or award credit from more than one foreign credential evaluation service per student.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Ok, it seems that the situation is even worse than expected. Not only can´t I use IEE (as expected from their website), but I also can´t use a new FCE for new transcripts according to this answer. Unless I´m not understanding it correctly.

A better than expected result in the Peruvian recognition of the UoPeople degree:
My bachelor of science in computer science, became a Título de Licenciado en Ciencias de la Computación (Grado de Bachiller y Título Profesional).
So now I´m a Licenciado.
It´s a good recognition, as in Peru, in order to get the título profesional ("Licenciado"/"Ingeniero"/"Economista"/"Abogado"), you need to write a thesis, after completing the relevant bachelor degree, and that´s usually an additional year, in the best of cases.

Looks real nice Panda! Does Peru confer a cédula profesional for these degrees? I am certain Mexico would confer a cédula number for this degree.

In Peru you have to register in a "Colegio Profesional", and get your "colegiatura" number.
In the case of Computer Science, for Peru, the relevant "Colegio" is the "Colegio de Matemáticos del Perú", as for some reason, the 4 branches of "math" in the Colegio are Operational Research, Math, Statistics, and Informatics and Scientific Computing.
In this case, I think that Computer Science would be similar to "Informatics".
So now I have to send an affiliation request to the Colegio de Matemáticos del Perú, to see if it proceeds.

I mentioned that I wanted a new evaluation as I had a new block of courses from Spain, and it seems that you can send a new evaluation, but it has to be from the same FCE:
TESU´s answer:
"since you have already used ACEI with regards to a foreign transfer evaluation sent to TESU, you will need to utilize their service again".

To finish the BSBA in OPM I have pending:
MKT-2010: Introduction to Marketing:
As I only got 2 credits from my Peruvian transfer, so I´ll go back to my old friend Saylor´s Academy.
BUS-2100: Quantitative Skills Business: Which I´ll complete with CSMlearn
APS-4020: Applied Quality Management <- I was thinking about trying with CSU Pueblo Independent Study MGMT-468 Quality Management
However, my Quality Management course from the University of Lisbon was transfered as MAN4999/Quality Management 6.00 CR and didn´t fill the required spot, maybe the same could happen to the CSU Pueblo course.
I guess I won´t lose anything by sending an email asking to see if that course could fill that pending spot?
That question should also be directed to the registrar´s email?

Registrar is your best bet for the appeal for the Quality Management and I would ask about using the 2 CR course for Intro to Marketing. They accepted my son's Intro Marketing class that was less than 3 credits on appeal, whereas he had no luck with the Academic Advising. He had to make up the credit in the electives.
