I don't think anyone here have direct experience with this outfit, beyond it's status as one of the "colleges" of Woolf. Look for a thread about it: in short, Woolf is a startup business that helps all kinds of organizations all over the world offer degrees accredited in Malta- sort of an accreditation umbrella. Woolf recently had an audit and has to remedy a bunch of deficiencies to keep their Malta approval. GCAS offers a flexible PhD program for only 6000 Euros. To me, for degree bargain hunters with high risk tolerance this is a better value proposition than other arguably-accredited outfits like Texila American and UCN. At least for now, Woolf degrees reportedly can fetch favorable foreign credential evaluation. Of course, there's a risk that they'll fail their audit in a year and close; my best guess is that they have enough resources to not let that happen.

Basically, I would review the sister board as well in regards to Woolf and GCAS, you can also do an online search for reviews...
