I plead the blood of Jesus over your Dad.
I bind the spirit of infirmity, and loose the spirit of life and healing in Jesus name.

Talk to him one-on-one, if there someone that he has not fully uncondutionally forgiven; to do so now and forgive.
The Healing process works much better that way.

FW I am praying for a complete recovery for your dad. It is good that he has such a supportive family and circle of friends.
