This looks like a great program for a potentially high paying career

In addition to this DCCCD accepts a lot of ACE providers

What free programs are available? I'm only aware of the tuition promise for graduates of 31 area high schools.

I believe it is free for all Dallas county ISD graduates but I has been several years since I lived in Dallas Co.
