This looks like a great program for a potentially high paying career https://www.dallasnews.com/business/2019/09/25/amazon-texas-community-colleges-launch-new-degree-for-cloud-computing/. I believe there are several ways to get free classes through DCCCD for Dallas County residents though I'm not sure if any of these classes would qualify.
In addition to this DCCCD accepts a lot of ACE providers https://www.dcccd.edu/cd/special-programs/pages/alternative-credit.aspx.

What free programs are available? I'm only aware of the tuition promise for graduates of 31 area high schools.

I believe it is free for all Dallas county ISD graduates but I has been several years since I lived in Dallas Co.
