Sort of. It's a little like college degrees, except there's no accrediting body. You can get the knowledge from anywhere, but the certification is only worth what people think of the organization issuing it.
EDIT: As bjcheung said, ASQ is well known as rigorous and offers other quality-related certifications (Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Engineer are very good to have as a quality engineer/manager, especially if you move into larger organizations). Villanova is well-regarded in the management world if you want the backing of a university, but it's veeeeery expensive.

Linkedin's courses is a good way to learn, sure, but I seriously doubt if employers who actually have LSS in place will favor certificate from LinkedIn. I would also say, that black belt without actual experience is a joke. Not a single person who practices LSS methodology on a daily basis will take seriously linkedin's black belt.

Do the training with this site, get your cert by taking this test.
No, I do not think so. This site is the same as the MBA Institute. If you send your email to any of the "training" webpages she will spam your inbox non-stop with dozens of emails about special today only deals and discounts for stuff like SCRUM, AGILE & Black Belt cert plus the wonderful MBA program she runs.
Same woman seems behind these and a bunch of other very scam-type sites:

She has messaged me about discounted training for the PMP on LinkedIn! I don't follow her and had no idea who she was. So she's just a scammer spammer. Awesome.
