Don't worry about that. Just use the review portion to study the ones you missed, and then go back and take the second one. By the time you get to the third exam, you'll have already learned all the information needed to ace the first two. That info helps when it's time to take the real thing.
Edit: Just saw the question in your title - I think the Peterson Bio is a bit harder than the real thing, but I still like using it as a gauge on passing. Do well on the Peterson's and you'll be a long way towards doing well on the actual exam.
