I am going to add this program to the forum for the archive.
The Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland originally offered a free, 5 ECTS Intellectual Property Rights summer school. There was no tuition and housing in Helsinki was also free. There were 16 spots in the program open to international students and/or those outside of the Helsinki area.
This program was canceled because of Covid-19, but maybe they will offer this again in future years.

Hey guys,
These free courses threads are taking over this category of the forum, which I had hoped to see more dominated by CLEP, DSST, and related degree discussion. I am looking for a way to consolidate such threads a bit and will be merging a bunch of those threads here.

What about creating a separate section just for free classes and/or certificates?
