What else colleges or universities that shmoop could transfer credit besides TESU and Oak?
I checked their whole web, but rarely found anything useful.

Well, you can cross TESU off that list since they just banned Shmoop at the beginning of the month. It could be temporary, but chances are slim.
However, any college that accepts ACE credits may accept Shmoop courses for credit. Every college has their own acceptance policy so its hard to generalize or make a definitive list.
COSC and Excelsior still accept Shmoop as far as I know, though they'd most likely come in as lower-level credits.
TESU and WGU no longer accept Shmoop.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23

Not sure if other school will check the source of ACE credits or not.

They pretty much ALL care about the source. Blanket acceptance of ACE credits is very much the exception, not the rule.

The ACE transcript shows where the ACE credits came from, so they can't help but to check. It's right there in front of their face.
