If TESU has their own process, bypassing foreign credential evaluators, then I'm not aware of it.
But that doesn't mean it's not possible, since a lot people here are much more up to date on that sort of thing than I am.

UoPeople: A computer science degree would cost under $2,000.
UMPI: A psychology degree would cost $1,800 per term, which you could likely complete in 1 to 2 terms if you transfer in 90 credits.
TESU: You could complete both a CS and psychology degree for around $5,000 if you use the flat-rate term.
Since you already have a bachelor’s degree, the general education requirements are waived.

TESU double AoS is pretty restrictive though - it has to be the same degree type (BA to BA, BSBA to BSBA, etc..) AND it has to be the same school. So if the 2 degrees you want are the same type and in the same school, you get a single degree with 2 AoS... if they are different, then you get 2 Bachelors. Keep in mind TESU has a lifetime limit of 2 Bachelors awarded from them (although that does mean if you wanted to go crazy you can do 2 bachelors degrees with 4 seperate AOS if you want). This all costs the same (except for paying for 2 capstones classes if your degrees need them); you pay 1 Graduation Audit Fee (~$300), and any degrees awarded *at the same time* all just get rolled up into that one fee.
Yup, I also checked with an academic advisor recently as I was trying to do the same thing and they said that the capstone can be shared for both AOS, so you have a choice to do the Liberal Arts capstone or the Comp Sci one if you're doing 2 AOS for 1 degree.

Then again, we did miss important details in the past regarding UMPI where there use to be a 1 time residency fee and you could transfer in all of your courses from the outside in and snag $free.99 degrees. Maybe it will pop up in the future, but I've been away from the forum and sister forum for a bit now

UMPI never did this as far as I'm aware. They've always required students to complete a minimum of 30 credits at UMPI. And I go back to 2020 with UMPI.

UMPI used to allow the 30 credits of residency for a first bachelor’s there to fulfill the residency requirement for a subsequent bachelor’s there, but they no longer do.

When I completed my second bachelor's at UMPI I had to do 30 additional credits at UMPI after my first degree was conferred. This was back in 2021.
