Thanks man.
I just signed up for sl biz comm today.
I ordered the book next day on amazon.com for thirteen dollars shipped so I should be good to go soon. The biz comm course has a bunch of little tests though but maybe that's a good thing if each test is for a single chapter it could make it easier to study.

Really? From what I've read of the syllabus, the quizzes make up a significant part of one's grade for both Accounting I and Accounting II. It certainly would be much easier to breeze through the class if you didn't have to take the quizzes.

On the SL home page, you'll be able to see what your grade is. You click on it and it will show you what is graded and what isn't. I am only taking the tests that count as grades.
lol.. today that meant spending my entire day not working (oops hope my boss never sees this) and doing four chapters of microeconomics tests.

From what I see, they are all the same quizzes and tests listed in the syllabus. There are 10 graded quizzes and 4 exams. The quizzes that I have completed all have points next to them as well as the exams...

Slim your making me worry now but when I go to my courses list I see that I have 942/1000 points for accounting one and the fact that I was able to take the final and register foraccounting two tells me I should be done. I had four tests and a midterm and final.

The format has changed, when I took accounting I in August it was 10 graded quizzes (20q ea) and four graded exams (50q ea). Accounting II was 13 graded quizzes (17-30q ea) and four graded exams (30q ea). I wish I would have waited as it was painful.
Economics still looks about the same as when I took it early in the yr accept both have now added midterm and final exams to the 19 graded quizzes in macro and 24 graded quizzes in micro. I will admit, you will not forget this stuff after the repetitive minute answers you have to search out.:ack:

I must have signed up just before it changed. I signed up for Accounting II at the same time so I get double the fun
. Thanks for clearing things up.
