I am planning to take classes from TESC and I transferred 102 units from Community college, straighterline, CLEP etc. We are family of 3 and my husband is earning 120K.If I apply for financial aid, will I qualify?

I'm not sure what you are looking to qualify for exactly but I'm the sole earner (about $110k/year) for a family of 6 (wife, I and 4 kids) and so far I haven't qualified for anything other than I think some loans that I would have to repay. I haven't looked into it that much but this site shows you how to get a degree for around $5k and in that case you probably have the means (as I do) to come up with the money. Maybe there is someone better informed to speak to this.

The quick answer comes from filling out the free student aid form at: fafsa.ed.gov
No matter what school you attend, the first step is to use that site which gets you started on the most common grant, the federal Pell Grant. With or without qualifying for that you may qualify for other forms of student aid including private scholarships and state aid (in some cases). With TESC, the main thing to note is that a pell grant will pay out based on the courses you take at the school and won't be paid up front to help pay for enrollment.

That's right; fill out the FAFSA first. It only takes about an hour and when you're done it'll give you an estimate of how much grant or loan money you're eligible for.

So it my case it told me this:

The EFC is a measure of how much you can contribute to the cost of your education. Schools use your EFC to determine your federal student aid eligibility.
The EFC is not how much aid you will receive or how much you have to pay for college.
Based on the eligibility criteria you may be eligible for the following:
Direct Stafford Loan Estimate - $12,500.00

What does it mean for me? I don't see how this will help anything...

Unfortunately, that means you may qualify for a loan but you "make too much money to qualify" for the Pell Grant (for which the EFC pretty much needs to be 0). Now you can start looking at scholarships.... :|

Just got accepted to TESC. I was going to transfer my 120+ credits to get my BA in sociology.

For the enrollment fee, how does the financial aid cover that? Do I have to wait for the fall for the disbursement?

You only get money from a pell grant in the case of taking courses. If you are bringing in all of the credits then the pell grant will not pay out at all. I'm guessing you'll be taking the capstone course in which case TESC should give you money for that one course (~$693.75 max based on three credits being 1/8 of the total grant which has the potential to be around $5550 / year) but that barely covers tuition for the course. Enrollment will be completely out of pocket unless you have scholarship money to bring in.
