My guess is they figure they are targeting the NJ/PA student rather than attempting to go on a more national scale. Like Centenary for instance I think is around $800/credit. Montclair is around $650 and you have to go in person. Rowan I think is around $800. I think that is what they are basing their tuition on and Id imagine alot of radio ads and such in the area to try to attract people.
