Hi All,
Finally, I completed my bachelor in the 2 terms at PUG. I had started this forum somewhere around in May/June 2021 and started collecting all credits (75%) before I enrolled at the university. I completed 25% credits at the university including capstone. I was also in the Dean's list for maintaining my GPA above 3.95 throughout the course.
It wouldn't have been possible without this forum. All of them are very helpful and knowledgeable.
A Big Big THANK YOU for all your assistance provided.
I would definitely like to call out a few names here who helped to achieve this as below -
bjcheung77
rachel83az
ss20ts
Dorothy44
MNomadic
ashkir
jch
dfrecore
LevelUP
I have enrolled for Masters in IT which I would be targeting to complete in 3 terms as there not many options for credits transfer from 3rd party providers.
Thanks !

Great job! Which degree did you complete at PUG? Are you sticking with PUG for your master's?

How were the classes? Papers/exams? Would they be much easier with prior knowledge or was the information provided in the course material? We don't have a lot of students who have chosen PUG, so any feedback would be appreciated!

The ExcelTrack program is a lot of papers and projects. There aren't exams in the ExcelTrack courses. Most courses are broken down into 1 credit courses and you have a paper/project for each credit. So a 5 credit class has 5 papers (or more). Some classes are 5 credits and some are 6 credits. They're on the quarter credit system.

Congrats! Good job, it's great that you were able to transfer the max credits from Sophia.org and the certifications you have. Yes, the MSIT seems like a good program when I last checked, hope you can finish in that 3 terms you mentioned. I look forward to reading about that journey...

Congratulations, that's awesome!
I'm starting the PUG BSIT on Wednesday (March 2) and brought over 70% of credits thanks to the guidance of the generous DF members. Hoping for two terms but probably will take three.
I'm curious how the MSIT program is as I have that on my radar.
Purdue Global, BS IT
Method:
- Sophia (13 courses)
- Study.com (5 courses)
- W3Schools (PHP Certification)
- Purdue Global ExcelTrack (2 terms)

You kicked butt!
I think you are the only person on DF who completed PUG in 2 terms.
Congratulations! You earned it!

I usually tell people it will take 3 terms though it is possible to do it in 2 terms if you know how to work the system.
I would do 5 courses the first term, then plan on 2 courses + capstone for your 2nd term. You can't rush the capstone which will take the full 10 weeks.
