Indeed it is. Should all go according to plan, I'll be helping out a friend who wants to enter a particular film contest he entered last year. Camera work, composition, and perhaps a cameo (hehe) lie in my future.
Anyone else have filming plans for the summer?

[QUOTE=Ruddigore]a particular film contest he entered last year. [QUOTE]SAICFF, maybe?
I just finished scoring an animated short film, have another short film to start on pronto, and a feature that should be about ready for music by the end of the year.
I start college this fall, so I'm already starting to feel a little overwhelmed!

My brother and I were involved as extras this summer in a new independent film called
Creed of Gold. The locations they were able to film at in Indianapolis were pretty amazing.
Check out the trailer!

I've made a few "movies" with friends, none of which are really worth anything:-) I'm trying to improve. I'm mostly interested in acting and scriptwriting so the technical side of things is rather difficult for me.
I went to the 2009 San Antonio Christian Film Festival. That was a lot of fun! I really like The Widow's Might. I expect that the next HeuMoore film will be very good.

My brother and I were involved as extras in some of the footage (including battle scenes). We met the Burns family (the producers), and they are really great people. I would love to be able to work in independent Christian filmmaking in the future.
I think you can download the movie from Welcome - Behemoth.com for about $10 or so. You can see the trailer here: Pendragon Media Center

That is so amazing that you could be in both
Pendragon and
Creed of Gold!!! Those are some of my favorite movies of all time!!! :coolgleam: We know people who have a hobby of making short filmsâit's really fun! There are opportunities to make shorts and enter them in contests, like ones sponsored by AAA or local libraries.
