Study.com Physics I, II Question
#1
Does anyone know how Study.com's Physics I (Physics 111) and Physics II (Physics 112) transfer into TESU? It's not listed on Study.com's transfer guide but the courses are ACE approved. I'm just concerned that TESU might not accept them. I intend to transfer them in to the BACS program.

I am interested in that, too, and have been checking the transfer list every few days hoping that it would be updated. So far, no such luck. I am sure that TESU will accept them, but it would be under Gen Ed, not in yourAOS of course.

They should come over as 3 credits each. I know for myself if they had Lab options (4 credit total each) my bachelors degree would likely be in a different major.

They haven't evaluated them yet, but I'm going to take a good guess and say they will be accepted.  But, you will still need labs for them.  Physics I Lab can be done through SL.  But Physics II Lab is the more difficult to find - some schools won't let you take the course and the lab separately.

I would either look for the lab, or look for the course/lab combo where you can find it, and determine from there if you should take the course through Study.com.

NMJC used to have Physics II w/Lab (combo only), but doesn't any longer that I can see.  Rio Salado has Physics I (4cr so lab is included).  I think you'll find that a lot of places.

Why do you need labs for them if you want to transfer into BACS as the above poster?

Do any of the TESU plans actually require labs? I'm a bit out of the loop.

I mean, I imagine nursing and maybe some of the more hard science degrees probably do, but I don't recall any of the typical programs we usually discuss having a lab requirement.

Sorry, I was thinking this was one of those that required the labs, like the BS in Technical Studies (which does require them).

Disregard my prior post!
