The milestone (what Sophia calls their assessments) was not proctored. I just had to sign the honor code.
The course seemed pretty straightforward to me. I have a TON of B&M communications courses under my belt and a fair bit of PM experience but, frankly, I don't feel that I accessed much of that. The reading materials are brief and straight-forward. They are quite informative, but not exactly academic so they make for a quick read. The questions are mostly based on a "case study" which asked you to identify concepts from the reading material in the story of the case study team. For me, there was a fair bit of intuition that informed my answers to the case study questions. Again, I think it's a great short course. I suggested it to my wife because she frequently comes to me with team dynamic issues she'd like help solving at work and there is certainly some valuable content she could use in this course.
It will be interesting to see how TESU treats it as a transfer.

I finally got the page to load but this is what it says "Oops. You're not able to take this course right now. Contact your learning coach for more info."
It might have something to do with the zillion free unused sophia courses on my account from their promo lol.
No, it wouldn't let me do it either. Has anyone who used the promo been able to take it?

If it helps narrow it down, I never used the promo, but I did complete a Sophia course in the past. So, it's not just for new customers, but maybe the promo redemption does prevent it?

Hmm. I can't seem to grab the course either. I've had a free course with them in the past. Maybe that's it?

Yeah, I'm thinking that's why. I'm going to send them an email to ask about it.

I just finished with an 81%. The course took me about 2 hours to complete, but my wife was talking to me for part of that time. Very manageable and easy to navigate. This was my first experience with Sophia and I enjoyed the setup. The only issue I had is that you don't get partial credit on questions with multiple answers. I missed 4 out of 15 on the assessment, but I got 3 out 4 correct answers on each of those wrong questions. There are 3 modules with 6 questions each. You get 3 chances per question on the modules. The assessment is only 1 chance and the grade is weighted twice the amount of the modules. The assessment says you can have notes or open a second window to look through the lessons. Very nice course. I sent a ticket to TESU to see what this transfers as and where I can use it. Hopefully I have an answer tomorrow.
I received a $50 "scholarship" towards another course. The emailed coupon is valid for 30 days.

I couldn't choose it as a course. I took a free course once I logged in, so I'm guessing I'm not allowed this one.
