I've been working off of what I think must be the most recent list of TESC accepted FEMA courses;
http://www.tesc.edu/degree-completion/do...review.pdf
But I just realized today that there are exactly 27 on there. Are there literally only 27 that they accept right now?
I was under the impression that there were a bunch and I could pick and choose which 27 I could do.
Does anyone know that list is the most current, accurate and complete list?

Since that was updated last month I'd say it is the most current. Although the FEMA site shows a lot of courses that are "worth credit" you must use that list for TESC to give the credit. Those other courses can be sent through FEMA's partner school FCC for credit but they will charge you per credit to do so.
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.

I just received my transcripts , I sent away as soon as I had 3 cause I wanted to see how they'll look on the evaluation and have zero patience, lol.
It was so exciting getting that letter and opening it up and seeing Student Transcripts with 3! credit hours!
I wanted to take this chance to thank everyone who has helped me on this board, even those who haven't directly answered a question of mine, there is just so much helpful information that everyone shares on here, you guys are awesome!
So, thanks so much , I wouldn't have even known about FEMA If not for you guys!

Just wanted to check in and see if anyone knows if there is a going to be a new list for the new year?
If they do update the list, do you think they will just update this link? How have they done it in the past?

I believe if TESC makes any changes, they are made in July. That is when their new catalog is out.
