FEMA Credits from Excelsior?

It seems as if Clackamus has a 18 credit per term limit if you look at the registration form. I need to transcript a ton of fema credits to complete my degree at EC. Clackamus will save me $1k over FCC. I'll have to call tomorrow because this limitation is a deal breaker.

After speaking with Clackamus, this program is not for me. There is a 18 credit per term limit (18 quarter credits). So FCC is my only choice to get my 36 FEMA credits in for my BSLS at EC to complete my degree.

If you don't already have them, would it save you a little bit of money to get the 3 free NFA credits (plus $40 ACE transcript)?
