It's a broad mix of cj credits, management credits, some science. I blame the fact I didn't know what I wanted to do in life until recently lol. I could definitely do another two AOS BALS in Criminal Justice and HRM I'd only need about 4 or so courses. I just don't need to do that.

Ah! I wasn't suggesting another degree, no. That wouldn't make sense. But, hey, there is a certificate for HRM. Depending on what degree you're getting, that could actually be useful for your future career endeavors? CJ does have a capstone-free AAS but I don't think that one would be as worthwhile unless you're planning a career that is at least tangentially related.
