Ok, I'm getting ready to take the English comp CLEP test. I have done all of IC flashcards, and I didn't have all the much problem with them. However, I'm now doing the petersons practice tests and I'm having a lot more trouble because I only have 0.8 minutes per question, and the questions take at least that long to read. I'm wondering if that's actually how the test is or is it easier?

I took the English comp. with essay --
anyway - as you know, Peterson's is harder than the actual CLEP... so, take that into consideration. I'm not sure how many questions this test has, but I know I've done a CLEP with over 100 questions in 90 minutes -- and it's doable.
don't forget to quickly do the questions you are SURE about -- and mark the questions that you need a little time on. After you go through the entire test this way - go back and do the marked questions. this method REALLY works - and cuts down on "clock-fear" tremendously. You'll do great!!!!!!!
