I received an email from Excelsior stating they are now a title IV institution.

Excelsior College courses are an affordable way to earn your degree with several payment plan options available. Spread your tuition costs over four easy payments or find out if you are eligible for Federal Financial Aid. We are now a Title IV eligible education institution (Federal Code #014251).
