I know that in the CLEP exams and the DANTES exams there are no penalties for guessing so we answer every question even if we have to guess. Is it the same for the Excelsior challenge exams?

ECEs use the same basic scoring formula as CLEP and DSST - it is never wrong to guess...don't ever leave any question unanswered!!!
