Meeting Pierpont requirements with Sophia?

Has anyone tried, or do we know this line up would work to meet the Pierpont Gen Ed requirements? A coworker has 51 RA credits at the moment, almost all in industrial maintenance, from our local CC, and I don’t want to steer him wrong. I’m thinking
Communication requirement:
Visual communication 
Math/Science:
Intro to nutrition 
Environmental Science 
Social Science:
U.S. History 1
Computer literacy:
Intro to IT

Anything missing/wrong?

Yes, that should work. But I would probably suggest Human Biology or College Algebra for Math/Science instead of Intro to Nutrition. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like those might be quicker/easier. I'd probably give him a choice:

Choose 1: Visual Communication OR Workplace Communication
Choose 2: Intro to Nutrition, Environmental Science, Human Biology, College Algebra
Choose 1: US History I, US History II, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics
Intro to IT
