Hi there! I am wondering if TESC will accept both CLEP Information Systems, DANTE Intro to Computing and DANTE Management Info Systems? I have a few general ed electives left and would like to knock them out with minimum prep time!
~Thanks!

I know clep info sys and mis are accepted but not sure if intro to computing would duplicate the clep.

From what I have read from TESC students:
At TESC, they can only take one - Intro to Computing DSST or Information Systems CLEP - because of duplication. (Plus computing counts in the natural science/math category.)
I'm not sure if MIS counts as Gen Ed also.
[Note: Excelsior College does give credit for all 3 exams in the school of liberal arts. They do not duplicate, but are applied professional/free elective.]

I know the basic computing classes duplicate. You can see it right on this site.
The MIS course does not go to gen ed though, its upper level business credit.

Passed the DSST with a 435 in 30 minutes, barely studied IC once through.
