This has been said before, it doesn't matter if they're a partner or not, as long as the classes are ACE recommended for credit, TESU and other previous partners or continuing partners will take the credit as recommended by ACE. In regards to the GPA, external GPA has no affect on the institutional GPA you take at a different college/university. Example, you take credits at college, you take credits at university, they are different at both colleges, it doesn't affect the other. Once everything is done, and you go to grad school, they'll look at both as cumulative GPA...
