What can I take to fulfill English and Ethics credits that’s easy and quick? After this term, I have an Ethics course that covers both English and Ethics, and then the Capstone for BSLS. I hate that EC didn’t take my CLEP credits. If I can take something other than the EC course to quickly complete degree, it’d be great.

EC accepts Sophia's Intro to Ethics (you should take Greek Philosophers first). They also accept Sophia's English Comp but those ones aren't really recommended. They do accept English 204 & 205 at Study.com. While there are multiple assignments for both of these, they appear to mostly be building off of one another and working towards a single essay.
If you'd rather pay a flat fee, there's TEL and ONU. TEL has 2 proctored exams to Study.com's single exam, though. I'm pretty sure that EC also accepts the TECEPs. That'd be two relatively easy CLEP-like exams and you're done.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

If they need to be UL, ONU has an UL English class: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Ol...University
What about a UExcel exam for Ethics? "Business Ethics" and "Bioethics: Philosophical Issues" are both UL UExcel exams.
At SDC, English 305: Advanced Technical Writing is an UL English class. Business 310: Advanced Business Ethics, Business 318: Management Ethics, and Health 301: Ethical & Legal Issues in Healthcare are all UL.

I am not sure what EC will use to fulfill the Written English requirement, and no, they don't take CLEP for this requirement; I suggest the TECEP if you want something fast, and then you'd need a different UL option.
I'd go with Study.com's English 305: Advanced Technical Writing and Business 318: Management Ethics, both UL, and if English 305 doesn't fulfill your Written English requirement, then I'd take the TECEP.

Oh the UL is important. I was going to say based on my experience with EC they always tell you to take their courses. My advisor wasn't keen on me taking classes anywhere outside of EC. She was shocked when I left for UMPI.

If you review this site you can see what UL's are options on Study.com for the courses you need. Business 310 or 318 and English 305 should work. They're UL courses at EC.

Hey there!
I took both Ethics and Comp 2 from Sophia, without taking philosophy, so can attest to them being doable. They reviews are correct, comp 2 graders are a disaster, however they did re-evaluate my grades for me when I asked them to, and I passed with no problems. Ethics with no background was still doable, and in about a week or so at that. Mind numbing perhaps, but I didn't care just wanted it done. They both sit happily in my transcripts at EC!

Thank you everyone.
If I do the Ethics and English II on Sophia, then that would still leave me with another 3 UL course.
Not sure if it’s doable to do two Sophia courses, UL course, and the Cornerstone right now. I was hoping to complete all my requirements by end of next month so that all I needed to do next term is the Capstone.

You can do the UL UEXCEL I mentioned, as it's just an exam. English through Study.com may be possible using their Advanced Technical Writing course. There are the 6 credits you're looking for, somewhat cheap/easy/fast. Maybe other options exist...
