Generally no, as it does not apply to the UL needed for the AOS. It gets used for the Ethics Gen Ed requirement as PHI-384Ethics & Business Professional 2 credits, you can make up the missing 1 credit in your Gen Eds (that it creates with the 2 credit exception) with the free 1 credit Sophia course The Essentials of Managing Conflict - as it comes in as a SOC course ( https://www.sophia.org/online-courses/th...g-conflict). The only way it could is if you have another 3 credit LL Ethics (non-duplicating) that would fit the requirement; which brings me to why I say "Generally no".

If you have a place to make up for the 1 UL credit gap you'd be creating it may be worth it. Try taking the Saylor practice exam and see if it is worth putting in the time. I suspect it may feel more UL than the free course; you may find the time in may not be worth the gain of two UL for free and back filling the missing 1. There are many UL options for the BALS so you'll have plenty to choose from either way you go.

If it saves you from doing a more expensive course then sure. But if you end up still needing one UL credit, then you'd probably have to do a full 3 credit course anyway as 1 credit UL courses don't exactly grow on trees.

I don't have ANY on my list of like 1,000 courses. Now, if you were bringing one in from somewhere else, or a 4cr course, or had taken courses at a quarter-based school and you had 13.3cr and just needed 2cr, then this would be your golden ticket. For anyone else, you're out of luck.
