Where would one go, if you are having difficulty writing an essay? It's for the final in Organizational Behavior. I think some of these essay requirements are very broad and general in nature.

Nowhere, programs like Yourpace requires you to write enormous essays to assess your knowledge because they can't proctor many students for many courses.

I would reach out to the professor. That's the first thing I do when I'm struggling with the Final Assessment. If I need help with writing mechanics, I reach out to the Writing Lab. You can get their info from Cody or on the UMPI main website.

Not helpful! My draft was sent back as too "general" but I haven't had any real experience yet to write a paper like this.

I would email the professor and ask for more guidance. You can also ask for a Zoom call if that would help you.

Practically all you can do is get more info and be guided by the professor on what is "too general" and "what is needed" for the assignment or assessments to be graded better.

Something has definitely changed from the first week to the last week. I have the same professor for two different classes, one at the beginning of the session and one at the end. They are requiring different APA 7 formats from each other, which doesn't even make sense. I showed them the draft from the first week when they had me change something in APA 7 for them, and now they are asking me to change it again. I think the process of getting the drafts graded and sent back, is taking over a week now and they are having others help grade.

For styling I would use grammarly or prowritingaid. For content of the paper itself, I would look on coursehero.com for some ideals. I do not recommend plagiarizing, but looking for papers with similar topics to get some ideals flowing.

There's something specific the professor isn't paying attention to in the rubric.
